Udinese appear to have found the heir to Alexis Sanchez in the form of Argentina's Pablo Piatti.
Sanchez is on the market for a minimum of €35m in a bidding war between Barcelona, Manchester United, Manchester City, Juventus and Inter.
According to the Italian and South American media, the Friulani have already pin-pointed his replacement.
It is 22-year-old Almeria talent Piatti, who is valued at around €8m.
More importantly, Piatti has an Italian passport due to his family connections with the Peninsula, so would by-pass limits on non-EU players.
