Genoa look to Constant

Having agreed to sell Stephan El Shaarawy to Milan, Genoa are now focused on Chievo trequartista Kevin Constant.

It has been confirmed by his agent that El Shaarawy will sign for the Rossoneri as soon as the 18-year-old's exams have been completed this month.

Genoa require a replacement and it's reported they have turned their attention towards Constant.

He impressed this season at Chievo and has also been linked with Palermo, Inter, Roma and Milan.

It's believed Genoa offered cash plus a list of players on loan or in co-ownership deals, including Riccardo Meggiorini and Nenad Tomovic.
