While reports claim Alexis Sanchez has told his Chile teammates he's joining Barcelona, Udinese could receive Jonathan Soriano in exchange.
It is widely believed Sanchez will fly in to Catalonia on Monday to complete his transfer to the Nou Camp.
“I am going to Barcelona,” he apparently told his teammates ahead of tonight's friendly between Chile and Estonia, according to El Mundo Deportivo.
There are also suggestions in Spain that Udinese will receive a total €39m for El Nino Maravilla.
It is €28m cash plus a further €11m in performance-related bonuses.
However, that sum could be reduced by including Soriano, the 26-year-old striker who topped the scorers charts with Luis Enrique's Barcelona B this season.
Soriano had already been linked with a Serie A switch to Roma.
