The agent of Udinese's Gokhan Inler is confident that he'll be able to agree personal terms with Napoli.
Inler was expected to move to the San Paolo after the two clubs agreed a fee for the Swiss midfielder.
However, the move has been put on hold after no compromise could be reached over contract terms and then Juventus joined the race for his signature.
"The boy has turned down some important clubs to see if we can reach an agreement with Napoli," Dino Lamberti told Napoli Magazine.
"Gokhan has never thought about anything else even though there is also that other side [Juventus] who you all know about.
"We've always been on the right path with Napoli.
"The only problem is that I am asking for certain things which I think would be right for the player. Perhaps we can find a solution when we sit down around a table…"
Udinese yesterday threatened the player by insisting that he either moves to Napoli or returns to Udinese for the 2011-12 campaign.
