Parma have exchanged Jonathan Biabiany with Paolo Castellini, while there are moves for Palermo, Bologna and Chievo.
Biabiany was owned by Inter until January, as he joined Sampdoria as part of the Giampaolo Pazzini move.
Now striker Biabiany has been loaned to Parma with an option to buy 50 per cent of his contract at the end of the season.
In exchange, Samp received left-back Castellini on loan with an option to buy outright next summer.
Milan and Palermo have renewed their co-ownership status of centre-back Matteo Darmian for another year.
Bologna have bought Archimede Morleo after taking the remaining 50 per cent of his contract from Crotone.
The Rossoblu also retain Rene Khrin in co-ownership with Inter.
Chievo have bought the remaining half of Ivan Fatic's contract from Genoa, though he spent last season on loan at Cesena.
