Cesena have confirmed that they have sold Japanese international Yuto Nagatomo to Inter on a permanent basis.
The Nerazzurri took the left-back on a six month loan in January with an option to buy outright. That option has now been taken up.
It's unclear how much the 25-year-old has cost the Nerazzurri, but the total deal is rumoured to be around €8m.
Cesena and Internazionale have also completed some other transfer business over the last 24 hours.
The minnows have bought 50 per cent shares in Luca Caldirola and Luca Garritano, although both will remain at Inter next season.
Caldirola is a defender who was born in 1990, while Garritana was born four years later and is an attacker.
