Udinese have officially signed Ivory Coast midfielder Thierry Doubai from Young Boys.

The Friulani announced the deal on their website this afternoon, securing the player on his 23rd birthday.

Doubai started his European career with Swiss team Young Boys and has been there for four years.

The tall midfielder has received one call-up for the Ivory Coast.
