Inter-PSG €40m bidding war for Hazard

According to L'Equipe, Inter have dived into a €40m bidding war with Leonardo's PSG for Belgian star Eden Hazard.

The 20-year-old Lille midfielder is considered to be the new Zinedine Zidane and is the hottest transfer property in France this summer.

Bayern Munich, Chelsea and Juventus have all shown an interest in Hazard, but French newspapers suggest there are two front runners.

Leonardo left Inter to become director of sport at Paris Saint-Germain and is now challenging his former club in a bidding war for the title-winning player.

L'Equipe maintains the Nerazzurri offered €40m to snap up the young talent from Ligue 1 champions Lille.

PSG have a huge transfer kitty thanks to new owners from Qatar.
