Genoa have insisted that they will seriously consider their options before agreeing to sell Inter-target Rodrigo Palacio.
The Argentine has been heavily linked with a move to San Siro, with a possible swap deal with Goran Pandev suggested.
"Before allowing Palacio to leave we'll have to think about it," Genoa sporting director Stefano Capozucca told Radio Kiss Kiss.
"We wouldn't think about it 10 times, but 1,000 times.
"Pandev? We would only consider making a bid for Pandev if Palacio does leave us during the summer."
