Torino boss Giampiero Ventura believes that promising defender Angelo Ogbonna would benefit from another season in Serie B.
The Turin outfit have admitted that clubs inside and outside of Italy are keen, adding that they would sell if a "crazy offer" was tabled.
However, new boss Ventura thinks it may be a little too early for the 23-year-old to join a European giant.
"He's wanted by all the top sides," the tactician told Radio Kiss Kiss on Monday.
"But his personality could be sharpened with another season here that will be played with less stress and pressure. He's still young…"
While Ventura wants the defender to remain, he's ready to wave goodbye to top scorer Rolando Bianchi.
"He's scored 46 goals in two seasons, they are extraordinary figures," continued the former Bari boss.
"He is a player who deserves to be with a Serie A club because I am aware that Serie B could be a weight for him."
