Udinese believe that Gokhan Inler's proposed move to Serie A rivals Napoli will, in all probability, collapse.
The Swiss international has still not agreed personal terms – the main issue is understood to be a disagreement over image rights – and time is seemingly running out.
"Seeing how the situation is at the moment, I would say that there is a 95 per cent chance that Inler will stay at Udinese," patron Giampaolo Pozzo stated.
"The problem isn't with us as we reached an agreement some time ago with Napoli President Aurelio De Laurentiis.
"Recently, we have also received some other offers from different clubs, but we rejected those given the deal with Napoli.
"If he stays with us then I wouldn't be disappointed as he has a fundamental role in the team's play."
