There is a new twist in the Sergio Aguero saga after it was claimed that the striker would remain at Atletico Madrid.
The Argentine's agents have been in discussions with Juventus for the last couple of months, but no deal has been agreed.
Aguero has publicly admitted his desire to leave Atletico this summer, but that may no longer be the case.
"He'll play at Atletico Madrid," Leo Aguero, the striker's father, told Radio La Red. "He has a contract with the club. Where should he go and play?"
It has been claimed that Juve offered Atletico €32m, plus the services of Tiago, for the South American.
That bid was apparently rejected by Atletico who want close to the €45m rescission fee inserted into his contract.
Juve may now switch their attention to Italy and Villarreal international Giuseppe Rossi.
