Udinese and Genoa are through to the Fifth Round of the Coppa Italia, but needed extra time to get past Lecce and Vicenza.
The Fourth Round kicked off this evening with two games and both went down to the wire.
Lecce took a surprise lead at the Stadio Friuli after 17 minutes thanks to Javier Ernesto Chevanton's screamer from 30 metres.
It wasn't until 12 minutes from time that Bernardo Corradi equalised by converting a penalty for a foul on Antonio Floro Flores.
The tie went to extra time and just as it seemed to be ready for a shoot-out, Floro Flores popped up with the decider, 2-1 for Udinese.
Genoa did go to penalties in their bid to push past Serie B side Vicenza in the other match.
Again, the minnows went in front with Salifu completing a counter-attack. Rudolf was unlucky to see his effort come off the crossbar, but at the 87th minute Luca Toni earned and converted a penalty.
Toni turned the game around at the start of extra time with his header and Mattia Destro completed the scoring soon after.
Genoa will play Inter in the next round, while Udinese take on Sampdoria.
