Santos defender Jonathan has arrived at Inter's pre-season training base ahead of his transfer to the Italian giants.
The two clubs have been in talks over the right-back for weeks and the switch is almost complete.
Negotiations are at such an advanced stage that Santos have given the player permission to train with the Nerazzurri at Pinzolo.
Only a few bureaucratic issues need to be resolved before the Brazilian can be confirmed as an Inter player.
The stopper, full name Jonathan Cicero Moreira, is 25-years-old and only joined Santos from Cruzeiro in a part-ownership deal in December 2010.
Jonathan's arrival is likely to increase speculation that Douglas Maicon could be sold this summer with Real Madrid a possible destination.
