Sampdoria insist that they have received no economical offer from Juventus for Andrea Poli.
The two clubs met earlier this week where it was understood that the Old Lady made an €8m for the midfielder.
However, new sporting director Pasquale Sensibile has shot down such a suggestion.
"I would be a liar if I said that we did not discuss Poli," Sensibile stated when questioned about the reports.
"However, there has been no offer for the time being. It is the same case with Daniele Gastaldello.
"In the meeting with Marotta we just updated each other on various different situations."
Poli is a 21-year-old midfielder who was actually signed by Marotta during his time with Doria in Genoa.
Poli was netted by Sampdoria in 2007 after a campaign at Treviso.
