Honorary Fiorentina President Andrea Della Valle has slammed want-away captain Riccardo Montolivo.
The midfielder is looking for a new club after turning down the opportunity to extend his contract which expires in June 2012.
"I don't really want to speak about Montolivo," Della Valle stated. "It seems like I am being taken for a ride.
"After Gaetano D'Agostino left this summer [to Siena via Udinese], we made another offer to Montolivo to prolong his deal until 2016. He didn't accept.
"He evidently doesn't want to stay here. Now he needs to tell us, and quickly, where he wants to go and play."
The club first made an offer to the former Atalanta player last autumn, where he asked for time to ponder his options.
After another offer was tabled, Montolivo publicly admitted last month that he didn't want to sign on again with the outfit.
It's unclear where the Italian international could go seeing as interest from Juventus, Inter and Bayern Munich has cooled.
Milan have been associated in recent days.
