Aguero snubs Italian switch

Juventus' interest in Sergio Aguero seems to be over. "I'd like to play in Spain or England," he stated.

It's widely accepted that Juve have now turned their attention to Giuseppe Rossi of Villarreal, but only after working hard to net Aguero.

Questioned about his future by Argentine radio station La Red, the Atletico Madrid ace only increased speculation about possible moves to Real Madrid or Manchester City.

"I would prefer to play in Spain or England, they are the best countries," the South American, who may replace Carlos Tevez at City, stated.

"I've already said that I no longer see myself at Atletico Madrid, I'll look for what is best for me. I know that my agents are working on it and I don't really want to think about it.

"I'll wait until after the Copa America, when things would have calmed down a bit. To say that I am an Atletico player is like saying a lie."
