Carlos Henrique Casemiro admits he “feels ready to play in Serie A” amid interest from Genoa, Roma and Inter.
The San Paolo midfielder has been heavily linked with a move to Italy in recent weeks, although his club has set a €30m price-tag.
“I often watch Italian football and my favourite Brazilians playing there are Alexandre Pato, Thiago Silva and Julio Cesar,” he told the Corriere dello Sport.
“I feel ready to play in Serie A as well as other European Leagues. I often speak to Coutinho, but not just about Inter.
“I know that the Nerazzurri and Roma have asked after me, but you'd have to talk about these matters with my agent.
“It's only normal that if I keep doing well with San Paolo, then things can't help but get better for me.
“I'm a midfielder who likes to attack, but above all I want to help the team,” concluded Casemiro.
“My favourite player is Leo Messi, while in midfield the all-time best was Zinedine Zidane.”
