Roma defender Juan is hoping that Mirko Vucinic and Daniele De Rossi don't follow Philippe Mexes through the Stadio Olimpico exit.
The French defender has joined Milan on a free transfer, while the futures of Vucinic and De Rossi remain in doubt.
"It's odd to see Mexes in a different shirt," the Brazilian stopper told Sky Sport Italia. "However, he made his decision.
"Milan are a great side and I wish him all the best."
Mexes left Rome after his contract expired and midfield power house De Rossi has just 12 months remaining on his current agreement.
"De Rossi is calm," Juan added. "He's working with a great deal of enthusiasm and he has lots of quality.
"He is a leader and we want him to continue with us."
While it's understood that De Rossi wants to remain in the Italian capital, Juventus-target Vucinic has asked for a transfer.
"He's certainly working hard, but I can't really say any more about Vucinic than that," the South American noted. "I don't know what is going on in his head."
