Gianni Munari has joined Fiorentina after completing his transfer from Serie A rivals Palermo.

The 28-year-old has moved to the Viola on a permanent basis just weeks after he returned to Sicily.

The midfielder, who has spent the last four years at Lecce, was signed outright by the Rosanero recently after his co-ownership deal was resolved by a blind auction.
