Inter's Luca Castellazzi has declared himself fit after suffering concussion in the game against Galatasaray.
The goalkeeper was stretchered off less than 10 minutes into Sunday's friendly after picking up a blow to the head.
"The signs were already looking good yesterday, but I'm even more relaxed about it now," he told the club's website.
"I'm 100 per cent calm. I've rested well and I'll be at Appiano Gentile on Wednesday with my teammates for training."
The former Sampdoria goalkeeper, 36, underwent a series of tests last night and this morning which ruled out any serious injury.
Castellazzi could now be fit in time for the Italian Super Cup match with Milan on August 6 given the injury to Emiliano Viviano.
First choice Julio Cesar is still on holiday after his commitments with Brazil during the recent Copa America.
