Paris SG could hijack Genoa's proposed move for Palermo's international goalkeeper Salvatore Sirigu.
The Italian is being considered by the Marassi outfit, along with Fiorentina's Sebastien Frey, as a replacement for the Benfica-bound Eduardo.
However, according to a report on TMW, Ligue 1 giants PSG are very close to netting the Azzurri custodian.
Paris SG, who have already signed Jeremy Menez from Roma and are tracking Momo Sissoko of Juventus, have apparently made the Rosanero a €3.5m bid.
The player himself, who has been in talks with Palermo regarding a pay rise, will be offered a four-year contract worth €1.2m a season. He currently nets just €250,000 a term.
