Palermo youngster Josip Ilicic is confident his side can qualify for next season's Champions League after Sunday's impressive victory over Roma.
The Slovenia international scored in Palermo's 3-1 win, which takes Delio Rossi's team up to fifth in the standings after 14 games.
"I don't feel important for this team," Ilicic said. "It's important that we won against a great team like Roma by also entertaining."
Asked if he believes in the Champions League, he replied: "Absolutely. We have started playing well and the Champions League is our objective.
"Anyway I must thank the team again. They have treated me well. I seem to have been here for a long time," he concluded.
