There are reports Inter's Yuto Nagatomo could be out for two months if he requires surgery for that dislocated shoulder.
The Japanese international was stretchered off just 10 minutes into Saturday's 2-0 win over Celtic in Dublin.
He flew back to Milan this morning with members of the Nerazzurri medical staff.
Although there is no official statement yet, Sky Sport Italia suggest Nagatomo could require surgery to correct the dislocation of his right shoulder.
If the operation is needed, then the winger could be out of action for around two months.
