Parma have officially signed left-back Matteo Rubin from Torino, while the Granata receive Bari's Alessandro Parisi.
The Stadio Tardini outfit completed the arrival of full-back Rubin on loan with an option to buy up half his contract at the end of the season.
Rubin had made it clear he was not willing to spend another season in Serie B with Toro.
Meanwhile, Torino have brought in former Bari full-back Parisi, as his contract with the San Nicola side had expired.
The veteran has signed on with Toro until the end of the season and is reunited with ex-Bari Coach Giampiero Ventura.
