Antonio Mirante has insisted that he never even thought about leaving Parma ahead of the 2011-12 campaign.
The former Juventus goalkeeper has been linked with a variety of sides in recent weeks, with Inter one of those said to be keen.
"The transfer rumours didn't really affect me," the former Italian Under-21 international commented.
"It's a nice feeling to be paired with certain teams, but I have always believed that I would be remaining here."
Mirante, who was called up to the full Italy squad by boss Cesare Prandelli last term, joined Parma in 2009 after two seasons at Sampdoria.
