Giampiero Pinzi starts for Udinese despite a stomach bug, as Arsenal visit the Stadio Friuli for the Champions League play-off.
The Gunners won the first leg 1-0 at the Emirates last week, but Antonio Di Natale was unlucky not to equalise when his free kick thumped the crossbar.
Di Natale again leads the line with support from Pinzi, although the midfielder is not 100 per cent fit after suffering from a stomach virus overnight.
Antonio Floro Flores and Maurizio Domizzi are still injured, while German Denis is on the bench despite the fact he has already been sold to Atalanta.
Arsenal welcome back Arsene Wenger after UEFA suspended his two-match touchline ban pending an appeal. He was accused of communicating with the bench during his suspension in the first leg.
Robin Van Persie is also back, though Samir Nasri has now been sold to Manchester City. Emmanuel Frimpong and Carl Jenkinson did not start in the first leg.
Udinese are on a five-game unbeaten home run in Europe, including four consecutive victories. They only ever played in the Champions League group phase once, in 2005-06.
Arsenal, meanwhile, have won only once in their last eight continental trips outside London, losing three on the trot.
Kick-off at the sold out Stadio Friuli is at 19.45 UK time.
