Milan Vice-President Adriano Galliani has closed the transfer window. "Our market campaign has ended."
The Rossoneri continue to be linked with numerous players ahead of Wednesday evening's transfer deadline.
The news that Mathieu Flamini will be ruled out for six months only increased speculation that at least one new player would arrive.
However, talking to La Gazzetta dello Sport's website, Galliani claimed that their would be no last minute surprise swoops.
"Milan's market is closed," the former Lega Calcio chief commented. "I've said that many times over the last few days and I confirm as much today.
"The reports linking us with more players, even at this late stage, are without any kind of foundation.
"We are complete."
Milan had insisted that they would end their summer of spending with the acquisition of mystery man Mr X.
Their last signing was Alberto Aquilani, who joined the outfit on loan from Premiership side Liverpool last week.
