Lazio have handed striker Sergio Floccari to Parma, while Chievo take teen hitman Francesco Grandolfo from Bari.
Floccari was no longer part of the Biancocelesti's plans and had been linked to numerous clubs, including Paris Saint-Germain, over the summer.
On transfer deadline day it was confirmed Parma will pay €1.5m to have him on loan for one season and an option to buy for €5.5m.
In other news, Chievo have officially signed 19-year-old Bari forward Grandolfo on loan with an option to buy half his contract.
Grandolfo shot to fame in the final weeks of last term when he scored a hat-trick against Bologna in his first Serie A start.
