Italy boss Cesare Prandelli will field the same starting XI that beat Spain last month against the Faroe Islands this evening.
The Azzurri are in Euro 2012 qualifying action on Friday and the tactician has kept faith with the formula which recently beat the world and European champions.
"The team will be Buffon, Maggio, Ranocchia, Chiellini, Criscito, De Rossi, Pirlo, Thiago Motta, Montolivo, Cassano and Rossi," he confirmed.
"I want to give continuity to our project. Then, during the course of the game, we'll see if changes will need to be made."
There were suggestions that Prandelli was thinking of bringing Giampaolo Pazzini into the side, but he's kept faith with Villarreal ace Giuseppe Rossi.
Italy are close to securing their place at the European championship given that wins against the Faroes and Slovenia next week will be enough.
"We're almost there, but we haven't got qualification yet," the former Fiorentina man continued. "We have to be cautious of their enthusiasm.
"We want to wrap things up in these next two games. It is now all down to us "
Prandelli's boys will start tonight's match as massive favourites, but the tactician has demanded concentration.
"These are the types of games that you can only regard as simple once you've actually played them," he added.
"I don't think I'm mistaken in saying that we'll encounter some difficulties. If we make any type of mistake then they'll grow in courage from that.
"Don't forget that they beat Estonia 2-0. They didn't look like amateurs in that one."
