Fabio Quagliarella is confident that Juventus are now a much stronger team thanks to their transfer campaign.
The Old Lady were again one of the most active clubs on the market after a flurry of new arrivals in Turin.
"We're certainly stronger and the side is better," the Italian international told the Corriere dello Sport.
"There is more experience and quality now. Our overall technical level is higher than it was before."
Juventus won't start the campaign as favourites, but the former Sampdoria and Napoli ace believes they'll be competitive.
"The championship will be more balanced," he claimed. "There are a lot of clubs who are built to fight near the top.
"To be honest, the Milan teams are ahead of everyone else, but we are behind them with Napoli, who have bought well, Lazio, Roma "
