Lazio chief Claudio Lotito insists his side are not dreaming about winning what would be a surprise Scudetto.
The capital giants are second in the standings, just three points behind Milan, but Lotito is maintaining his calm.
"The Scudetto is a word which isn't part of our vocabulary," he noted. "I'm just satisfied with how the players are performing on the pitch.
"We are just taking each game as it comes and if we can keep up these levels then the fans will be satisfied.
"Each game must see us give our best, against any opponent."
Lazio's title credential will be tested on Sunday when they face Juventus - if the game goes ahead amidst strike fears.
"We will be up against a great team, a high profile one, and we know it will be a very difficult game for us."
