Gian Piero Gasperini has changed his Inter approach against Trabzonspor, introducing Wesley Sneijder and Giampaolo Pazzini.
The Coach was under fire after losing the Serie A debut 4-3 at Palermo on Sunday evening with a fragile 3-4-3 system.
Gasp has bowed to pressure and transformed his squad, adopting a four-man defence and Sneijder behind the two strikers. However, it's not entirely clear yet whether Sneijder will be a trequartista or part of the trident with Mauro Zarate and Pazzini.
Diego Milito scored twice against Palermo, but is sent to the bench in favour of Pazzini, while Diego Forlan is infamously cup-tied following his appearance in a Europa League preliminary round with Atletico Madrid.
Thiago Motta, Ivan Cordoba, Emiliano Viviano, Douglas Maicon and Andrea Poli are all injured.
Dejan Stankovic has also been ruled out with a muscular problem in his right thigh and is not even on the bench.
Trabzonspor were a last-minute addition to the Champions League draw after the Turkish FA withdrew Fenerbahce due to a betting scandal.
They are without Adrian Mierzejewski for this game, while Senol Gunes is suspended for two rounds and Burak Yilmaz for three. Onur Kivrak and Baris Atas are injured.
