Siena Coach Giuseppe Sannino realises “everybody seems to think we're done for” against Juventus.
The Bianconeri thrashed Parma 4-1 last week to go top of the table and are the favourites to continue that run against Conte's former club.
“It is a special game for everyone,” confessed Sannino. “However, I am more interested in what happens on the field rather than chit-chat.
“Juventus monopolised the media attention this week. We realise that Siena are small fry and only the local media pay attention to us.
“Everybody seems to think we're done for, but we have no intention of being bit-part players in this match. We want to cause a real headache for this Juve side.”
Siena had a solid enough start to their season, drawing 0-0 away to fellow relegation candidates Catania.
“It went well last Sunday, but we have to put that behind us and have the utmost concentration for Juventus.
“Of course it's only right that the fans celebrate Conte on his return to the stadium, as he got them into Serie A in the first place.”
