Ezequiel Lavezzi has made a lightning recovery to start in tonight's Napoli-Milan Scudetto showdown at the San Paolo.
The two main contenders for the Serie A title go head-to-head at 19.45 UK time in a packed stadium that promises fireworks.
There were fears Lavezzi would not be able to make it after he limped off with a heavily-bruised right ankle during Wednesday's 1-1 Champions League draw away to Manchester City.
He did not train for several days and underwent physiotherapy, then passed a last-minute fitness test to be given the all-clear. Because of this test, the line-ups were only announced 30 minutes before kick-off.
The only absentees for Napoli are Marco Donadel and Miguel Angel Britos.
Milan, however, are dealing with an injury crisis that has ruled out Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Robinho, Gennaro Gattuso, Massimo Ambrosini, Kevin-Prince Boateng, Pippo Inzaghi, Philippe Mexes and Mathieu Flamini.
Once again, Alexandre Pato is partnered by Antonio Cassano, while Antonio Nocerino and Alberto Aquilani both start in midfield. Thiago Silva is also in doubt after suffering from a stomach bug.
