Sebastian Giovinco is banned for the midweek Serie A round, but Antonio Cassano was fined €5,000 for insulting officials.
The Disciplinary Commission announced its rulings after the Week 3 games at the weekend.
The only player banned is Giovinco, as the Parma starlet received two yellow cards during the 2-1 win over Chievo and is consequently suspended for one round.
Cassano avoided a ban, but has been fined €5,000 for insulting an official during the half-time break of Milan's 3-1 defeat at Napoli.
