Stefano Colantuono's Atalanta are looking forward to facing Roma on Saturday. “We respect everyone, but fear nobody.”
The Orobici started the campaign with a six-point penalty and would be top of the Serie A table without that handicap, having amassed double the points that Roma have so far.
“We have had an excellent start, better than anyone else, but we are going to face a side of international quality, so it is going to be a very difficult game,” the Coach told TuttoAtalanta.com.
“Roma will have their type of season and we'll have another. They played well against Parma and are starting to assimilate Luis Enrique's tactics.
“We will go to the Olimpico to push for the victory with grit and determination, so we always leave the field with our heads held high. That is what matters more than the result for us.
“We have great respect for all our opponents, but fear nobody. The truth is I don't like to be in the spotlight and have felt too much of it recently. Over the week we've had too many compliments and pats on the back.
“The surprise element is gone along with those who thought we'd be depressed at starting from -6. Opponents look at us differently now and that is a danger.”
