Diego Milito picked up a muscular problem during training today and is therefore a risk for Inter-Napoli on Saturday night.
The striker was expected to start the match at San Siro tomorrow evening, especially as Giampaolo Pazzini is struggling to recover from a sprained ankle.
However, the latest reports from the Appiano Gentile training ground suggest Milito picked up a thigh problem and limped away for tests.
Although nothing serious has been diagnosed, it remains to be seen whether El Principe will be risked from the start.
Milito had a series of muscular injuries and relapses last season that kept him on the sidelines for most of the campaign.
