Inter youngster Philippe Coutinho has been advised to leave the club in order to fulfil his potential.
The teenager joined the Nerazzurri last summer, but he's struggled for regular action under various Coaches at San Siro.
Former Inter player Benoit Cauet rates the Brazilian highly, but thinks he would benefit from a temporary move away from San Siro.
"You can not question the technical qualities of Coutinho," the Frenchman, who spent four years with the club, stated.
"Nevertheless, he needs to play and needs an environment which gives him confidence.
"It would be a mistake to sell him outright. A loan move would be ideal to help the player find some consistency."
The South American, who has been used in midfield and attack by the Italian club, is still just 19-years-old.
He played in 13 Serie A games last season where he scored one goal. He's only appeared in one of Inter's first five League games this time around.
