Cagliari chief Massimo Cellino has cheekily suggested that he would re-sign Alessandro Matri from Juventus.
The striker was netted outright by the Turin giants in the summer for €15.5m after a successful six month loan with the Bianconeri.
Matri, though, isn't assured of regular football at Juventus and Antonio Conte's decision to field a 4-1-4-1 could further reduce his chances of playing.
"If, at the end of the season, Juventus want to sell Matri back to me with a little discount then I'm ready to take him back," noted the official.
"Saying that, the player would obviously have to respect the salary cap which we have in place at the club."
Matri earns €1.6m a season after tax at Juventus, whereas Cagliari's top net earner is Daniele Conti thanks to his €0.7m salary.
