Andrea Dossena is happy at Napoli despite the tough competition for a place in the starting line-up.
The former Liverpool player didn't feature against Bayern Munich in the Champions League on Tuesday, but his agent insists that is understandable.
"He didn't play yesterday as boss Walter Mazzarri preferred to start with Juan Zuniga instead," Roberto La Florio told TMW.
"It is only normal though that he won't play in every game seeing that Napoli have a really competitive squad and they are fighting for the Scudetto and the Champions League.
"He is the type of player who needs to feature regularly in order to get into his best shape, but he's really happy and content at Napoli."
The Italian international has been linked with a move away from the Stadio San Paolo after no longer being an untouchable figure in the first team.
The former Udinese full-back, signed from Liverpool in January 2010, has played in four Serie A games this term for a total of 326 minutes.
