Claudio Ranieri has warned Inter to expect a real battle against Chievo. “Their trademark is pressing, fighting and running.”
The Nerazzurri have picked themselves up in the Champions League, but remain in the bottom four in Serie A after two consecutive defeats.
“Chievo have done well from the moment they stepped into the top flight. Their trademark is pressing, fighting and running,” explained Ranieri in his Press conference.
“They also troubled Juventus last week, so I expect a tight game to the very end.”
There is a midweek round coming up and a clash with leaders Juve next weekend.
“I don't think I'll rotate the squad too much. There will be a few changes tomorrow, a few more on Wednesday, so along the way some players will be rotated.
“However, I am not inclined to replace the most in form players. Giampaolo Pazzini? He is among the in form, yes. Does that mean he'll play? Who knows...
“Mauro Zarate is settling in very well and that pleases me, as he is a youngster who wants to do well. I believe he will have a great campaign.”
Inter squad: Julio Cesar, Castellazzi, Orlandoni; Cordoba, Lucio, Maicon, Chivu, Jonathan, Nagatomo; Zanetti, Stankovic, Thiago Motta, Sneijder, Alvarez, Cambiasso, Obi, Muntari; Pazzini, Milito, Zarate, Castaignos
