Andre Dias, Riccardo Montolivo and Luca Rossettini have all been automatically banned for one game after accumulating yellow cards at the weekend.
The trio from Lazio, Fiorentina and Siena were all cautioned for the fourth time this season in Week 8 in respective encounters and have had one-game suspensions across the midweek round of matches confirmed today by the League.
Meanwhile, Parma's Alessandro Lucarelli has received a warning for picking up his third booking of the campaign against Atalanta on Sunday as did Cagliari's Andrea Cossu and Genoa's Rodrigo Palacio for their respective second bookings of the season.
Alongside Lucarelli, Cagliari's Daniele Conti, Napoli's Ezequiel Lavezzi, Atalanta's Simon Padoin and Novara's Filippo Porcari are all on three bookings and face possible suspensions should they pick up another yellow card in the coming weeks.
Elsewhere, Cagliari have been fined €5,000 in reaction to insulting chants heard from sections of their support that was aimed at Napoli fans during Sunday's meeting between the southern rivals.
