Thomas Di Benedetto is officially the President of Roma and assured worried fans “we're working to make this side stronger.”
The American was at the head of a group of investors who took over from the Sensi family over the summer, though he was only formally elected President today.
“I am honoured to be the President of this assembly, as it's surprising to see the sheer level of love the Roma fans have,” he said at a shareholder's meeting.
“I want to reassure the group that my American associates and UniCredit are working hard to make this Roma side stronger and more efficient in terms of the squad and technical staff.”
