The Antonio Cassano saga is coming to a head tomorrow with five Sampdoria players called as witnesses to testify, including Giampaolo Pazzini.
The club is in the midst of legal proceedings to have his contract terminated for ‘insubordination' following a raging row with President Riccardo Garrone.
Tomorrow morning there will be a meeting of the arbitration committee that is to make the decision.
There will be five players who were present when the argument broke out on October 26 and are called to testify.
They are Pazzini, Stefano Lucchini, Guido Marilungo, Nicola Pozzi and Daniele Dessena.
They were reportedly also insulted as Cassano stormed out of Garrone's office.
Samp President Garrone, team manager Giorgio Ajazzone and spokesman Alberto Marangon will be present in Milan.
“Without doubt on a technical level Cassano is a huge loss, but with Pozzi and Marilungo we have gained other advantages, as they have different characteristics,” commented Coach Mimmo Di Carlo.
