Bologna boss Stefano Pioli insists he doesn't have revenge on his mind when he returns to Palermo this weekend.
Pioli was appointed as Rosanero boss in the summer after impressing at Chievo last season, but his adventure in Sicily didn't last long.
"I have nothing to prove and I don't want revenge," the former Juventus player noted on Friday afternoon.
"If a Coach is sacked after 50 days and without even taking charge of one League game then it is not his problem, it is someone else's…"
Bologna turned to Pioli recently in order to replace Pierpaolo Bisoli and he's rejuvenated the Stadio Dall'Ara outfit.
"You don't win three games out of four by chance," he continued. "I hope that people realise that tomorrow night."
Bologna are now out of the relegation zone after collecting nine points from 12 available under Pioli.
