Lazio are rocked by the news Miroslav Klose is likely to miss Saturday’s trip to Napoli.
The striker picked up an injury on international duty with Germany, when he scored a goal and provided two assists against Holland.
Klose does not have a serious injury, but the muscular problem is thought to be enough to keep him out of this weekend’s Serie A match.
The Biancocelesti have a series of concerns for Saturday’s test, as yesterday defender Andre Dias was officially ruled out by the medical staff.
Tommaso Rocchi missed training due to flu symptoms, while Giuseppe Biava, Javier Garrido and Albano Bizzarri are also in doubt.
Stefano Mauri is out until next year after surgery.
