Alessio Cerci and Andrea Lazzari have been handed fines by Serie A side Fiorentina for breaking club rules.
The midfielders were spotted in a nightclub until 3am following the side’s Italian Cup game against Empoli.
Frustrated and infuriated by the duo’s lack of professionalism, the Viola have penalised them economically, but they haven’t been suspended from the squad.
The two players will thus be available for this weekend’s big game against Roma.
Fiorentina have had to deal with a few off the pitch problems this season after Juan Manual Vargas and Houssine Kharja were also punished for not following club protocol.
The Tuscan giants are struggling this term and new boss Delio Rossi kept the players after training for over an hour yesterday following the loss at Palermo.
