Carlo Ancelotti has always said he’d like to be the Coach at Roma, but insists “they haven’t contacted me” to replace Luis Enrique.
The pressure is building on the Spanish tactician after two consecutive defeats to Udinese and Fiorentina.
“I sincerely doubt Roma have an idea in their heads to hire me as Coach at the moment, otherwise they certainly would’ve contacted me,” said the former Chelsea, Milan and Juventus boss.
“Instead, I really wish Luis Enrique and the team can get through this difficult moment soon.”
Ancelotti has a dream of one day becoming the Giallorossi tactician, as he spent some of his playing career in the Italian Capital.
