Italian Under-21 international Federico Macheda has joined Queens Park Rangers from Manchester United.
The striker, still just 20, has today completed the move which will see him spend the rest of this season on loan from United.
“I was attracted by the challenge and by the players that QPR brought in during the summer," Macheda told the QPR website.
“There are some very big players at the club now and I am really looking forward to training and playing with them.
“I also know the fans are very, very passionate, and this interested me also.”
Macheda, who spent the last six months of last season on loan at relegated Sampdoria, has struggled to get regular playing time at Old Trafford.
